about the case
From Problem to Solution
What We Did
Umbrella lend to Canadian small businesses in a category the visitor has usually been burnt by, every competitor promises fast money and hides the terms.
So the page had to name that scepticism out loud and answer it with numbers in the first screen, instead of spending the hero earning permission to speak.
Wrote the hero at the disbelief rather than around it
Put the amount, the speed and the approval basis in the opening paragraph
Pinned the three terms as tiles on the fold line
Chose a customer photograph over a boardroom one
Built the application flow and repeated the CTA in nav and hero

questions
What does “turnkey” actually include?
Everything between the idea and the live site.
Design, development, content, launch: one team, nothing for you to coordinate.
You come with a goal, you leave with a website that sells it.What if I don’t like the first version?
You won’t wait months to find out.
You see the design direction in the first days, and we iterate together at every checkpoint.
Revisions are part of the process, not an extra invoice. How long until launch?
Two weeks: turnkey.
Design, build, content, launch: most projects go live in 14 days.
Bigger scope takes longer, and you know the exact date before we start.
So… how do
we make you feel?
Choose your vibe, we’re listening.
